2. Main function

(1) Apply to the measurement of light sources with small scale less than 6 cm*6 cm, such as LED chip, COB or other kinds of LED packages or modules. And the spectral range is from 350 nm to 1000 nm.

(2) Can generate near-field models of small light sources for simulation by capturing thousands of pictures describing the spatial distribution of the luminance and chromaticity of the light sources from multiple viewing angles.

(3) Can generate various ray files suited for prevailing simulation software, such as LightTools, TracePro, Zemax, ASAP and so on.

(4) Using ProSource 10.2, more details can be observed about the spatial distribution of the luminance and chromaticity on the surface of the light sources. At the same time, the spectrum distributed with multiple viewing angles can also be measured with the equipped SP-1000 spectrometer. 

3. Advantage

(1)Equipped with SP-1000 spectrometer, can generate a near-field model with spectrum applied to TracePro for color simulation.

(2)Equipped with the exclusive temperature controller, can measure super-high power light sources up to 80 W.

(3) Equipped with the exclusive CSP (chip scale package) LED substrate, can measure 5-surface emitting light source precisely.
